HSE Launches New Informational Newsletter ‘Higher Education in Russia and Beyond’

On May 21, 2014, the Higher School of Economics published the first issue of a new informational newsletter – ‘Higher Education in Russia and Beyond’ (HERB), which aims to present current Russian, Central Asian and Eastern European educational trends to the international higher education research community.
