HSE to get its own sports center

HSE has been allocated a plot for the construction of a sports center that will be equipped with a swimming pool. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Moscow Urban Planning and Land Commission on March 5.

The 0.81 hectare land plot is located within walking distance of Kaluzhskaya metro station, which means that HSE students can get there easily after classes.

The new development will improve the conditions in which university students and staff do sport. The sport center will be one of the largest facilities of this kind in the city – over 11,000 square meters, including a 50-meter swimming pool.
