From January 5 to 20 2018, HSE St. Petersburg for the second time hosted a special J-Term programme for American students from Smith and Amherst Colleges, as well as the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Russian Studies: UCL at HSE St. Petersburg

Bachelor’s Programme in Economics Accredited by ICAEW
On October 31st, 2017, the bachelor’s programme in Economics taught by HSE in St. Petersburg successfully passed accreditation by ICAEW, a prestigious British association of accountants.
Studying Russian Language and Culture with HSE
For the second year now HSE Saint-Petersburg has been gladly welcoming students from UCL School of Slavonic and Eastern European Studies, coming to improve their language skills and immerse themselves into the mysterious Russian culture. HSE St. Petersburg: Cooperation with German Universities in History Studies
Department of History at HSE St. Petersburg is focusing on a global, comparative and transnational approach to historical studies, and cooperates with several European and American research centers. PMI develops standards, conducts research, educates, publishes articles, journals and books, enhances cooperation opportunities in regional branches, holds conferences and training seminars, and accredits in project management.

Professor Littrell to Teach the Art of Doing Business in Asia
In September students of the Master's programme 'State, Society and Economic Development in Modern Asia' will get acquainted with its supervisor Professor Romie Frederick Littrell. Future orientalists will study with him the intricacies of international business, management and the foundations of leadership. Professor’s rich practical experience of doing business in the United States, the Caribbean region and in China, combined with ongoing academic activities, promises that the lessons will be fascinating and extremely useful.
